LST-Data Client

Interactive map application to view the surface temperatures of Central Europe

The mundialis LST-Data Client

The mundialis LST-Data Client

Surface temperatures – a broadly unique product

The mundialis temperature data set (Land Surface Temperature Data – LST) provides a spatial resolution of 1km and represents the surface temperatures of Central Europe. These data allow an analysis of the daily temperatures in their minimum, maximum or average from 2003 to the end of 2016, especially the high spatial resolution, since meteorological stations provide accurate temperature measurements, but only represent individual locations with their immediate influence. In addition, the distribution of meteorological stations is far from optimal for most regions of the world.
Access to a part of our temperature data archive and our scientific article can be obtained here.
To get a first impression, we have reviewed the temperatures from 2016 in the LST-Client: https://lst.mundialis.de/

Your benefits of LST-Data Client

  • Temperature, Growing Degree Days and Tropical Days can be displayed with this application for any location in Central Europe
  • Temperature curves from the year 2016 are clearly displayed
  • With our actinia cloud engine we can process the most voluminous data for you
  • Up to a certain degree, flowering time predictions are possible
